Setting Email Notifications

My Workspace

In My Workspace, you can set preferences for how and how often you receive email notification of worksite activity, such as Announcements, Email Archive, Resources, and Syllabus.

  1. Go to My Workspace
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Choose Notifications from the top menu
  4. Customize Preferences
  5. Then Update Preferences or Cancel Changes if you are satisfied with current settings

Return to Menu

Forums

You can see the number of new forum postings from either My Workspace or your site's Home page. You can also choose to get email notification of new postings on forum threads you have contributed to.

  1. From your site's menubar, click Forums.
  2. At the top, click Watch

  3. Select your preferred option and click Save.

Return to Menu

Wiki

You can receive notifications when a Wiki page or sub-section is changed. Edit the notification settings to setup what changes you wish to receive and how often they are sent to you via email.

  1. From your site's menubar, click Wiki.
  2. At the top, click Watch.

  3. Select your preferred option and click Save.

Return to Menu

Discussion and Private Messages

  1. From your site's menubar, click Discussion and Private Messages.
  2. At the top, click My Profile.

  3. Customize your settings and click Submit.
